If you live in UK but outside our supported Collection & Delivery area, you need to post your order in a well packed package and send it using "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" delivery service. This way you can track your post and it is quite safe.

How do we calculate the hours?
- If your order contains any minutes less than 120 minutes (TWO hours) of video/audio then it will be considered as "Up To 2 Hours" or "Up To 2 Tapes".
- If your order contains any minutes more than 120 minutes (TWO hours ) of video/audio then we count the rest of your video/audio tapes every 10 minutes and add them up to get the total hours.
- If your total order is for instance 22½ hours, then we would consider it as up to 23 hours.
Unwanted audio/video scenes
Your privacy is our top priority, please note that we do not listen/view your media therefore if there are any unwanted scenes you must inform us in advance.Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash (for local customers), Online: PayPal (Debit/Credit Card), BACS (direct online payment from your online banking account).Return items
If you have received faulty or corrupted products from us, you could return them to us for replacement at no extra cost within 14 days.All Returns must have "RMA number" to process, you could obtain an RMA number by contacting us here.

Cancellation:
We will try our best to help you through your order and make sure you are happy with our service.
- If your order is not processed: all discount will be removed and you will only incure P&P (if applicable) and administration charge of 10% of total order (min £5).
- If your order is on the process: all discount will be removed and you will be incure P&P (if applicable), the charge of your completed order, cancellation charge of 50% of the completed order. (to cover the overall cost of material, admin and etc..)
- If your order is completed: you must pay the total cost of your order and P&P charges if applies, which means there would be no refund if applicable. (you are still entitled to receive your full discount if applies)
Lost or Stolen:

You are most welcome to send your items to us for our services and pay for them during 14 days from the date when done. Please note that for unpaid services after this period we do not hold any responsibility for any loss or stolen items*.
Local Clients Payment and Collection:
You are most welcome to deliver your items to us for our services, pay and collect them during 14 days from the date when done. Please note that for unpaid services after this period we do not hold any responsibility for any loss or stolen items*.
* Items: your belongings left to us for our service/s. e.g.: Tapes, Photos, Digital Media…
Disposal:
Your original belongings will not be disposed unless mentioned or left under the below condition:
- In order to give a better service to our customers the management reserve the right to dispose of any orders left for more than THREE months with no cleared payment and/or collection/delivery arrangement without prior notice and we do not hold any responsibility.
