    How do we calculate the hours?

    • If your order contains any minutes less than 60 minutes material (one hour of video/audio) then it will be considered as "Up To 1 Hour".
    • If your order contains any minutes more than 60 minutes (one hour ) then we count the rest of your video/audio tapes every 10 minutes and add them up, to get the total hours.
    • If your total order is for instance 22 hours, then we would consider it as up to 23 hours.
    NOTE: Each tape with less than one hour video/audio will be considered as ONE hour, as setting up each individual tape is a time consuming process.

    How many hours onto one DVD?
    By default we transfer upto 2 hours onto one DVD to preserve quality, e.g.:
    1. a one and half hour tape and a half hour tape will go onto one DVD
    2. a one and half hour tape and a tape with more than half hour will go onto one DVD
    3. Any other requests will have additional cost.
    4. We will do our best to keep your order organised.

    Our DVD/CD playback

    To provide you a faultless service we double check all transferred orders. Your transferred media to CD/DVD will be playable on all CD-R/DVD-R players unless they are old equipment. With some DVD players you need to find & press the “menu” on your remote control. Most new computers are able to play CD-R/DVD-R discs, if not download and install VLC Media Player, it should fix the codec & play them all unless your computer needs a proper maintenance.

    Doing a full software maintenance on your computer will make your computer faster with less faults. We can provide this service remotely and it will take from half an hour to several hours depending on the speed of your computer and its errors. (Additional fee apply)

    Tape/Film Repair/Restoration

    Repairing a tape is a delicate procedure so we must take it seriously. As all audio and video tapes are already worn, there could be another type of repair/restoration needed as they might break again during the playback/transfer. Any type of repair price on this website only represents ONE repair only and is subject to be placed ONLY after contacting us. We only repair tapes to transfer, no repair will be done on its own in any circumstances. E.g.: if a tape is snapped in one place and snaps again during the transfer there would be additional cost of up to 40% of the actual repair cost for each additional repair. If a tape needs additional attention (cleaning, lubrication, backing, mending, etc.) then there would be additional cost involved. For any reason if your repair cost becomes more than 30 each then we will attempt to get in touch with you to confirm the cost to proceed unless your tape was jammed/sticky in some section/s and you failed to inform us in advance as this will damage our system and it might cost upto 100. IF YOUR TAPE HAD/HAVE ANY ISSUES PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGES TO OUR SYSTEM AND ADDITONAL COST TO YOU. If you decide not to proceed with the repair for any reason then there would be a cost of diagnostic, test, part-repair, etc. that has been already done on it.

    Unwanted audio/video footages

    Your privacy is our top priority, please note that we do not listen/view your media therefore if there are any unwanted footage. Our equipment are designed to transfer everything and nothing would be left out and cannot be manipulated. Your tapes will be rewind automatically and transferred from start to end except the blank parts in the beginning and end.

    Film Status

    Your Cine, Super 8, Polaroid Polavision, etc. or any other films must be developed/processed before placing your order as we DO NOT develop/process films, we only transfer them.

    Accepted Payment Methods:

    Cash Only (for local customers), Online: Phone, BACS (direct online payment from your online banking account, NO CHEQUES!), PayPal (Debit/Credit Card).

    Return items

    If there were any problem with our services, you have 14 days to report for replacement/correction at no extra cost, (If you need extra days please give us a call). If after diagnosing your returned item it appears to be fine then you will be liable for diagnostic or any other costs.

    We will try our best to help you through your order and make sure you are happy with our service.

    You may cancel your order taking the following term into account:

    • If your order is not processed: all discounts will be removed and you will only incur P&P (if applicable) and administration charge of 10% of total order (min £5).
    • If your order is on the process: all discounts will be removed and you will incur P&P (if applicable), the charge of your completed order and cancellation charge of 50% of the completed order (to cover the overall cost of material, admin, etc.).
    • If your order is completed: you must pay the total cost of your order and P&P charges if applies, which means there would be no refund if applicable, (you are still entitled to receive your full discount if applies).

    Lost or Stolen:

    We do our best to protect your order until whenever you collect/receive them however all orders must be paid and collected during 14 days from the date of completion unless mentioned otherwise. Please note that after this period we do not hold any responsibility for any loss or stolen items*.

    Items: your belongings left with us. e.g.: Tapes, Photos, Digital Media, etc.

    Disposal/Late Payment:

    Your order/belongings will NOT be disposed/recycled unless mentioned or left under the below condition:

    • We try to keep your order/belongings as much as we can however in order to give a better service to our customers the management reserve the right to remove all discounts after TWO months and dispose of any orders left for more than THREE months with no cleared payment and/or collection/delivery arrangement without prior notice and we do not hold any responsibility. There would be a daily storage fee if we agree to keep your order after 3 months.

    Our logo & designs are printed on all our products (e.g.: DVD/CD). If you decide not to have our logo on your order, you might lose the benefit of all current discounts.

    We may change these terms at any time without notice by updating the terms shown on this website. It is your responsibility to review the website terms each time you enter the website to ensure you are aware of our latest terms and conditions.
