    Our DVD/CD Playback Service

    We ensure every transferred order is thoroughly checked to provide you with flawless results. Your media, once transferred to CD or DVD, will be compatible with most CD-R/DVD-R players, except for older models. If your DVD player isn't displaying the content, simply press the "menu" button on your remote control.
    For computers, some may already have a disc player installed. If yours doesn't, you may need an external disc drive. If playback issues persist, we recommend downloading and installing the VLC Media Player. This should resolve any codec issues unless your computer requires maintenance.
    Regular software maintenance can improve your computer's speed and reduce errors.

    Tape/Film Repair & Restoration

    Repairing tapes is a delicate process, so we handle it with the utmost care. Since all audio and video tapes have natural wear, further repairs may be needed, especially if they break again during playback or transfer. We only repair tapes as part of the transfer process, never as a standalone service. For example, if a tape breaks in one spot and snaps again during transfer, additional costs may apply. We'll notify you if any of your tapes require extra care, such as cleaning, lubrication, backing, or mending. If your tape has had or currently has issues, please let us know in advance to avoid any damage to our equipment.

    Unwanted Audio/Video Footage

    Your privacy is our priority. We don’t view or listen to your media. Our equipment transfers everything, ensuring nothing is left out or altered. Your tapes will automatically rewind and be transferred from start to finish, excluding any blank sections at the beginning and end.

    Film Status

    We do not develop or process films; we only transfer and digitise them.

    Accepted Payment Methods:

    Cash (for in-person orders), BACS (direct online payment), PayPal (Debit/Credit Card). No cheques.

    Return Items

    If there is any issue with our services, you have 14 days to report it for a replacement or correction at no extra cost. However, if your returned item is found to be in good condition, you will be responsible for any return costs, if applicable.

    Cancellation:

    We strive to ensure you're satisfied with our service and will assist you throughout your order.

    You may cancel your order under the following terms:

    • If your order is not processed: You will receive a full refund.
    • If your order is in process: All discounts will be removed, and you will be charged for P&P (if applicable), the completed part of your order, and a cancellation fee (to cover material, admin costs, etc.).
    • If your order is completed: You must pay the full order amount and any P&P charges (if applicable). No refund will be available, though your full discount will still apply if eligible.

    Lost or Stolen:

    We strive to protect your order until you collect or receive it. However, all orders must be paid for and collected within 14 days of completion unless otherwise stated. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items*.

    * Items: Personal belongings left with us, such as tapes, photos, digital media, etc.



    Disposal/Late Payment:

    Your order or belongings will NOT be disposed of or recycled unless specified, or left under the following conditions:

    • While we aim to retain your order or belongings for as long as possible, please note that management reserves the right to remove all discounts after TWO months. Any orders left for more than THREE months without cleared payment or collection/delivery arrangements will be disposed of without prior notice. We accept no responsibility for such disposals. A small daily storage fee will apply if we agree to retain your order beyond three months.

    Logo:

    Our logo and designs are featured on all our products (e.g., DVD/CD). Opting out of having our logo may result in the loss of current discounts.
